Bill Canales Workshop

What to Bring:

  • Tracing Pad: A size of 12x18 inches or close to that.
  • Colored Pencils: A few of each color (Prismacolor is a great brand). Specifically, please bring non-photo blue and crimson red.
  • Sharpener: Essential for keeping your pencils ready to use.
  • Marker Pen: Either a brush pen or some Micron pens (size 05 and up).

What You’ll Receive:

  • Each attendee will receive an original dragon drawing created by me as a token of appreciation for your participation.
  • A comprehensive step-by-step guide to drawing various aspects of a dragon, including:
  • Head and body structure
  • Movement and pose dynamics
  • Scales, arms, legs, claws, horns, and eyes
  • Tips on drawing without relying on diagrams

Additional Information:

  • I will hold a Q&A session to address any questions you may have throughout the workshop.
  • To keep our energy up, we will take a half-hour break for lunch. Please bring your own food, snacks, and drinks to sustain you through the day.
